Normally you have to have a name for an icon, just blank or spaces are not allowed. To make a folder or file with no name, right click on it and select rename. Now hold Alt key and type 0160. Now the icon will have no name below it.
To speed up your windows or to increase RAM virtually, Right click on My Computer >> Properties >> Advanced >> Performance - Settings >> Advanced >> Virtual Memory - Change
Keep the initial size same as recommended and maximum size double of it then restart your system. It will improve speed of windows and you can play some games which require higher RAM.
Since the old trick to send friend request then choosing edit to view their email id on friend’s page is not working any more, So here is the new tricks to find email id of any orkut profile. But for this tricks to be you must have Google Talk installed in your computer. Here is the trick ....
Go to any members profile whose email id you want to find and who is not your friend. (Because you can always view your friends email id by going to friend’s page)
After going to his/her select ignore user option which is on left side below picture.
Now log into Google Talk and go to Settings >> Blocked.
You will get all ignored peoples name and email id there!
You can have multiple email address of your existing gmail account just add "+" symbol after your user name then add anything followed by @gmail.com. Read the example below for better understanding.
My gmail id is , Suppose I have three friends meena, teena, veena and if they ask for my email address then I tell them its rishi+
, rishiforu+
and rishiforu+
.
When they send me at this address it first goes to gmail server where it recognize it as and avoids “+” sign and anything after it. So any mail send to rishi+
come in my inbox.
So If you have Boyfriend/Girlfriend tell him/her email your email id as yourmail+
Note: TO check your mail you have to login as that is in my case
without “+” sign.
This is for all orkut user who likes to hide their first & last name in their orkut profile. In short this for whom who used ALT+0173 trick and now find its not working anymore. Here are the steps….
Log in to your account. Go to profile >> Edit Profile Now delete everything from your first name field. Right click on the BOX below and select copy or click on the box and press Ctrl+C.
Now Go to name field in your orkut account and Paste or press Ctrl+V. Now go to bottom of page and click update. It’s done, now you are without name in orkut profile. You can do the same for Last name field also.
